Last thing at night, just before you switch off the light, take a moment to write down at least 3 positive things that you have achieved during the day.

They needn't be big or grand (resisting the urge to kick the cat is as valid as getting your dream job).  Simple achievements count!

The result will be that you fall asleep with a head full of positivity and whilst you are asleep your sub-conscious mind will seek out other positive experiences and opportunities.

You will create a Win:Win situation all of your own.
